Синергия цифровой трансформации бизнеса и инфокоммуникационной инфраструктуры

Аннотация
Раскрываются источники и последствия цифровой трансформации экономики и общества, бизнеса и управления в электронной среде, тесная взаимосвязь цифровой трансформации и развития инфокоммуникационной инфраструктуры. Обосновывается платформенный и сетевой характер цифровой экономики, технологической основой которого служат инфокоммуникации и ИКТ, характер цифровой трансформации и синергии эффективности инфокоммуникационного бизнеса. Полученные выводы и модели служат основой переосмысления теории и практики цифрового бизнеса, новой модели взаимоотношений участников экономической деятельности и схемы цепочек создания стоимости в цифровой среде.

Synergy of digital business transformation and infocommunication infrastructure

Abstract The author reveals the sources and consequences of digital transformation of the economy and society, business and management in the electronic environment, and the close relationship between digital transformation and the development of infocommunication infrastructure. The author substantiates the platform and network nature of the digital economy, the technological basis of which is Infocommunications and ICT, the nature of digital transformation and synergy of the efficiency of infocommunication business. The obtained conclusions and models serve as the basis for rethinking the theory and practice of digital business, a new model of relationships between economic participants and the scheme of value chains in the digital environment.

Исследование рисков инновационной деятельности, характерных для предприятий водно-канализационного хозяйства

Аннотация
Рассмотрены особенности подходов к управлению рисками для предприятий водно-канализационного хозяйства. Представлена авторская методика идентификации, анализа и оценки инновационных рисков, основанная на принципах стандартов ИСО «Методика оценки рисков». В работе была проведена оценка рисков инновационной разработки по остеклованию золы от сжигания осадка сточных вод и сделаны выводы о целесообразности ее внедрения в производство предприятиями водно-канализационного хозяйства ГУП «Водоканал Санкт- Петербурга». Использование методики позволяет точно оценить риски и принять правильные для предприятия управленческие решения в части внедрения инновационных разработок.

Research of risks of innovative activity, characteristic for water and sewer enterprises

Abstract The features of approaches to risk management for water and sewer enterprises are considered. The author’s method of identification, analysis and assessment of innovative risks based on the principles of ISO standards «risk assessment Methodology»is presented. The paper assessed the risks of innovative development for glazing ash from burning sewage sludge and made conclusions about the feasibility of its introduction into production by enterprises of the water and sewer sector of sue Vodokanal of St. Petersburg. Using the methodology allows you to accurately assess the risks and make the right management decisions for the enterprise in terms of implementing innovative developments.

Аристотель – основоположник экономической науки. На смену теории Аристотеля в XVIII–XIX вв. пришла рыночная экономика. С развитием цифровой экономики в XXI в. идеи Аристотеля об управлении хозяйством с целью удовлетворения потребностей становятся все более актуальными. Проекты ОГАС В.М. Глушкова и «Киберсин» Ст. Бира – примеры разработок в духе Аристотеля. Солидарная информационная экономика, развивающая идеи Аристотеля, служит основой новой парадигмы экономической науки.

Solidary information economy as the basis of a new paradigm of economic science

Abstract Aristotle is the founder of the theory of economics. In the XVIII–XIX c. we observe a market economy that has replaced the theory of Aristotle. With the development of the digital economy in the XXI c. Aristotle’s ideas about managing the economy in order to meet needs are becoming more relevant. Projects of NAS (V.M. Glushkov) and Cybersin (St. Beer) – examples of developments in the spirit of Aristotle. The solidary information economy, developing the ideas of Aristotle, is the basis of the new paradigm of economic theory.

Человекоориентированная концепция PLM-цикла на основе системной парадигмы Яноша Корнаи в условиях шестого технологического уклада

Аннотация
Учитывая системную парадигму Я. Корнаи, эффективность производственных систем в условиях шестого технологического уклада может быть обеспечена при эндогенизации достижений науки и перехода на человекоориентированные технологии. В работе предлагается человекоориентированная концепция управления жизненным циклом изделия1, решающая проблему ресурсосбережения посредством системы непрерывного производства и модификации изделий, что позволяет увеличить жизненный цикл и при этом формировать добавленную стоимость главным образом за счёт инновационной составляющей.

Human-oriented concept of the PLM cycle based on the system paradigm of Janos Kornaiin the conditions of the sixth technological order

Abstract Taking into account the system paradigm of Y. Kornai, the efficiency of production systems in the conditions of the sixth technological order can be ensured by endogenizing the achievements of science and switching to human-oriented technologies. The paper proposes a human-oriented concept of product lifecycle management that solves the problem of resource conservation through a system of continuous production and modification of products, which allows you to increase the life cycle and at the same time generate added value mainly due to the innovative component.

Тенденции управления цифровизацией в РФ

Аннотация
Представлены результаты обзора и анализа основных тенденций управления цифровизацией. Оценен фактический характер влияния интенсивности развития цифровой экономики в РФ на динамику среднего уровня инновационной активности и рентабельности производства продукции, работ, услуг. Охарактеризованы основные особенности развития основных моделей управления интеграцией организаций в современную цифровую экономику в рамках систем менеджмента отечественных компаний.

Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что рабочее окружение само по себе служит значимым источником нового опыта, знаний, навыков, компетенций. В этом смысле обучение на рабочем месте представляет собой часть такого широкого понятия как обучение через опыт. Дискуссии на эту тему обусловлены тем, что именно нехватка времени является фактором сдерживания предприятий и организаций в образовательной активности. Ответом на такой запрос может быть данное исследование, отражающее новые формы обучения на рабочем месте.
