Видеоаналитика в маркетинге ресторанов: анализ инновации

Аннотация
В работе рассматривается растущая инновация ресторанной индустрии: видеоаналитика. Описаны основные направления применения в сфере общественного питания. Проведен анализ способов внедрения результатов использования видеоаналитики в маркетинг, показаны драйверы и барьеры дальнейшего распространения инновации. Предложена модель развития технологии на российском рынке.

Video content analysis in restaurant marketing: innovation analysis

Abstract In the paper growing innovation, video content analysis in marketing, is considered. Author describes key approaches of innovation implementation in restaurants business processes. The study describes main drivers and barriers of spreading the innovation. The technology evolution prediction in Russian restaurants is presented.

Развитие системной парадигмы в контексте формирования индустрии 4.0

Аннотация
Важным моментом в формировании Индустрии 4.0 является интеграция принципов системной парадигмы в социотехнические системы, состоящие из людей и технологических элементов, которые должны работать вместе для выполнения своих функций. Разработанные методы обеспечивают в первую очередь решения оптимизационных и управленческих задач посредством предложенного авторами метода моделирования информационного социотехнического континуума.

Development of the system paradigm in the context of the formation of Industry 4.0

Abstract An important point in the formation of Industry 4.0 is the integration of the principles of the system paradigm into sociotechnical systems consisting of people and technological elements that must work together to perform their functions. The developed methods provide, first of all, solutions to optimization and management problems through the method of modeling the information sociotechnical continuum proposed by the authors.

Проектный подход к построению системы риск-менеджмента в университете

Аннотация
При построении систем риск-менеджмента в Университете предложено ориентироваться на международный стандарт ISO 31000. В результате сравнительного анализа стандартов проектного менеджмента выявлено, что управление проектом по созданию системы риск-менеджмента в Университете целесообразно осуществлять на базе английского стандарта PRINCE2TM . Приведено описание результатов структурирования проекта по этапам при разработке системы риск-менеджмента в Университете.

Project approach to building a risk-management system at the university

Abstract When building risk management systems at the University, it was proposed to focus on the international standard ISO 31000. As a result of a comparative analysis of project management standards, it was revealed that it is advisable to manage a project to create a risk management system at the University on the basis of the English PRINCE2TM standard. The description of the results of structuring the project by stages in the development of the risk management system at the University is given.

Модель фасилитирующего лидерства в менеджменте

Аннотация
Рассмотрены фасилитационные практики, определяется, что такое фасилитирующее лидерство, чем оно отличается от традиционного представления о функциях лидера и какие преимущества оно имеет. Практическая значимость исследования позволит менеджерам компаний, руководителям прийти к пониманию, что чем бы ни занимался лидер – руководил командой, процессом, обучением, развитием, – он может применять в своей деятельности фасилитационные практики, позволяющие повысить эффективность коммуникации и принятие решений в группе.

Facilitating leadership model in management

Abstract Facilitation practices are considered, it is determined what facilitating leadership is, how it differs from the traditional idea of the functions of a leader and what advantages it has. The practical significance of the study – managers of companies, managers will allow them to come to the understanding that no matter what a leader does — he manages the team, process, training, development — he can apply facilitation practices in his activities, allowing to increase the effectiveness of communication and decision-making in the group.

Роль и место интуитивного мышления в инженерном творчестве

Аннотация
В статье обсуждается редко встречающаяся тема использования интуитивного мышления в практической деятельности, к примеру, в изобретательстве. Отсутствие научного объяснения феномена интуиции не препятствует использованию интуитивного мышления при принятии решений в производственной деятельности. Автоматизация, порождение формально-логического мышления приводят к росту творческого потенциала, основанного на интуитивном мышлении. Развитие, подталкиваемое этим потенциалом, вновь ведет к автоматизации производственных процессов, что позволяет говорить о наличии в жизнедеятельности людей системы «круговорот интуитивного мышления». Даже в случае полностью автоматизированного производства ведущая роль интуитивного мышления сохранится по причине стремления человека к новому.

The role and the place of intuitive thinking in engineering creativity

Abstract The article emphasizes a focused discussion of the rarely found topic of using intuitive thinking in practical activities. As an example, inventive activities can be mentioned. The absence of a scientific explanation of the phenomenon of intuition does not prevent the use of intuitive thinking when making decisions in production activities. Automation, the generation of formal logical thinking, leads to an increase in creative potential based on intuitive thinking. The development pushed by this potential again leads to the automation of production processes, which allows us to talk about the existence of a «cycle of intuitive thinking» in people’s lives. Even in the case of fully automated production, the leading role of intuitive thinking will remain due to the desire of a person for a new one.

Development of an organizational and economic method for managing the technological preparation of pilot production

Abstract The article discusses the features of the organization of pilot production and its purpose, particular in research institutes, and differences from serial enterprises, and also describes the stages of technological preparation, organization of auxiliary production activities and related problems. The urgency of developing an organizational and economic method for managing auxiliary production during the technological preparation of a pilot production has been substantiated.

Концептуальные основы производствостроения

Аннотация
Статья посвящена обзору основных результатов научной деятельности д.т.н., профессора Мухина А.В., чьи многолетние исследования сформировали новый взгляд на проблемы развития промышленности. Все исследования базируются на изучении отношения к любому объекту производства с точки зрения интеллектуальных возможностей человека и закономерности преобразования труда. Представлены основные положения теоретического производствостроения, содержащие модели и методы поиска эффективных решений. Использование новых методологических идей позволило учесть изменения функции и структуры производства под воздействием факторов социальной природы и сформировать новый подход к организации производства в современных условиях.

Conceptual foundations of industrial construction

Abstract The article is devoted to the review of the main results of the scientific activity of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mukhin A.V., whose long-term research has formed a new view on the problems of industrial development. All studies are based on the study of the attitude to any object of production from the point of view of the intellectual capabilities of a person and the laws of labor transformation. The main provisions of theoretical industrial construction are presented, containing models and methods for finding effective solutions in the entire spectrum of industrial construction problems. The use of new methodological ideas made it possible to take into account changes in the function and structure of production under the influence of social factors and to form a new approach to the organization of production in modern conditions.
