Развитие инструментария оценки производства в наукоемких
отраслях промышленности
Аннотация
Рассмотрена технико-экономическая целесообразность разработки
системы индикаторов при организации производства в наукоемких
отраслях промышленности, которая позволит обеспечить повышение
конкурентоспособности создаваемой продукции. Предложены
подходы к оценке эффективного управления данными предприятиями.
Разработана методика расчета обобщающих показателей объемов
производства и реализации наукоемкой продукции, а также методика
оценки накопленного потенциала наукоемкого предприятия,
характеризующего его конкурентоустойчивость.

The development of tools for assessment of production in knowledge-intensiv industries
Abstract
The technical and economic feasibility of developing a system of indicators
in the organization of production in high-tech industries, which will improve
the competitiveness of the products. Approaches to the assessment of
effective management of these enterprises are proposed. The method of
calculation of generalizing indicators of production and sales of high-tech
products, as well as a method of assessing the accumulated potential of
high-tech enterprises, characterizing its competitiveness.

Системный подход к проектному управлению на примере

В статье рассмотрен системный подход к реализации проекта
создания высокотехнологичного изделия. Определена его

Исследование механизма интеграции экологического менеджмента
в систему управления инновационными предприятиями
Аннотация
Интеграция экологического менеджмента в систему управления
является в современных условиях одним из перспективных
направлений совершенствования природоохранной деятельности
предприятий. Однако сегодня отсутствует методологическое
обеспечение и соответствующий методический инструментарий,
необходимые для успешной интеграции экологического менеджмента
в систему управления инновационным предприятием. Авторами
разработана концептуальная схема интегратора управления
природоохранной деятельностью инновационных компаний с целью
интеграции экологического менеджмента в их систему управления.

Investigation of the mechanism integration environmental
management into the innovative enterprises management system
Abstract
In modern conditions, one of the promising areas of improvement
environmental activities at the enterprise is the integration of environmental
management into the management system. The authors found that currently
there is no methodological support and the corresponding methodological
tools necessary for the successful integration of environmental management
into the innovative enterprise management system. The integration
mechanism does not have its own description, and it is such a mechanism
that is required for the management of enterprises to implement the best
management functions and achieve a strategically significant result of
their activities. To elaborate the mechanism of integration environmental
management in the management system of innovative enterprises, the
authors of this article have developed a conceptual framework for the
integrator of environmental management innovative companies.

Корпоративная этика как форма общественного сознания
в управлении современным предприятием
Аннотация
В работе исследуются проблемы создания корпоративной этики
как одной из форм управления современным предприятием.
Выдвигается и обосновывается тезис о влиянии корпоративной
этики на повышение творческой составляющей труда и роста
конкурентоспособности российских предприятий, в том
числе и российских Вузов. Предлагаются пути повышения
производительности труда через создание и развитие
организационной культуры предприятия.

Corporate ethics in the strategy of

Abstract
The paper examines the problems of creating corporate ethics as a form of
modern enterprise management. The thesis about the impact of corporate
ethics on increasing the creative component of labor and increasing the
competitiveness of Russian enterprises, including Russian universities,
is being put forward and substantiated. The ways of increasing labor
productivity through the creation and development of an organizational
culture of an enterprise are proposed.

положения инновационного менеджмента в сервисной индустрии.
Выявлены особенности и значение сервисных инноваций.
Обосновано мнение, что ключевым объектом инноваций в индустрии
гостеприимства являются процессы обслуживания. Поддержана
позиция интегрированного подхода к сервисным инновациям,
позволяющего на основе понимания нужд и потребностей клиента,
разрабатывать совместные решения.

Abstract
The article clarifies and expands the theoretical and methodological
position of innovation management in the service industry. The features
and significance of service innovations are revealed. The opinion is
grounded that service processes are the key object of innovation in the
hospitality industry. The position of an integrated approach to service
innovations was supported, which allows developing joint solutions based
on an understanding of customer needs and requirements.

Формирование непрерывных инновационных процессов
в корпоративных производственных системах
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены условия и факторы формирования непрерывных
инновационных процессов во внутрикорпоративных производственных
системах. Разработана модель траектории изменений в
производственной системе, в зависимости от ее уровня развития
(бифуркационного, стабилизационного или гомеостатического),
ведущая к переходу в фазу инновационных процессов, которые
являются непрерывными и теоретически бесконечными. В процессе
реализации данного позитивного сценария наблюдается рост
параметрической сложности и снижение энтропии.

The formation of continuous innovation processes in enterprise production systems
Abstract
The article deals with the conditions and factors of formation of
continuous innovation processes in internal production systems. A
model of the trajectory of changes in the production system, depending
on its level of development (bifurcation, stabilization or homeostatic),
leading to the transition to the phase of innovative processes that are
continuous and theoretically infinite. In the process of implementation
of this positive scenario, there is an increase in parametric complexity
and a decrease in entropy.

Подходы к оценке перспектив развития малой атомной энергетики
Аннотация
Исследованы перспективы развития малых атомных станций (МАС)
как по эксплуатационным затратам, так и по их жизненному циклу.
Целью анализа является выявление факторов, которые оказывают
наибольшее влияние на экономическую целесообразность
строительства МАС. В статье рассмотрены перспективы развития
МАС в России с различных точек зрения их деятельности, которые
представлены, в том числе, через энергетическую составляющую для
реализации целей совершенствования системы управления в районах
Крайнего Севера и в удаленных районах, позволяющую повысить
внутренний экономический потенциал страны. Проанализированы
компоненты стоимости, рассмотрены управленческие подходы к
решению проблем инвестиционного развития МАС.

Evaluation of structural components’ influence under
implementation of the small nuclear power stations
Abstract
The prospects for the development of small nuclear power plants
(SNPP) are investigated both in terms of operating costs and the life
cycle of the nuclear power plant. The purpose of the analysis is to
identify the factors that have the greatest influence on the economic
feasibility of building the SNPP. The article discusses the prospects for
the development of the SNPP in Russia in various aspects of activity,
which are presented, including through the energy component, to
achieve the goals of improving the management system in the Far
North regions and in remote areas, which allows to increase the
country’s internal economic potential. The cost components are
analyzed, management approaches to solving the problems of the
SNPP investment development are considered.

Аннотация
Рассмотрены причины низкой эффективности менеджмента в
условиях нестабильной внешней среды организации. Предложено
отделение администрирования от менеджмента с целью снижения
потерь управления организацией вследствие повышения
прозрачности оперирования ресурсами. Повышение прозрачности
позволяет снизить требования к рациональности и потери от
оппортунистического поведения.

Management and administering
in organization government
Abstract
Reasons for low efficiency of management in an unstable external
environment of an organisation are considered. It is offered to separate
administering from management in order to reduce the deficit of
rationality of management. The separation of administering improves
transparency of manipulating resources and, consequently, cuts losses
caused by opportunist behaviour of staff.
